My friend and fellow vlogger, Japhy (of The Modern Romantic) and I decided to try something out.  We'd both choose five entries from Urban Dictionary that we'd like to make part of our working vocabularies and each discuss them in vlog postings.

The Pre-Existingers and Hillary Clinton's Health Plan

Senator Hillary Clinton has a new plan for solving the nation's health care crisis.  Fifty million Americans are without health insurance.  In this posting, I look at one part of Clinton's plan:  requiring health insurance companies to NOT exclude individuals with pre-existing conditions.  Unless you create a government-sponsored health-care system, which is not what Clinton's proposing this time, you've got to deal with the pre-existingers in order to achieve universal health care.  It's no small task.

Why stop the surge? Not enough troops, perhaps?
